Good food, DIABOLICAL service

Have been dining at Saigon for well over 10 years. The food is consistently good, but the service has been getting steadily worse over time. Friday night was just the PITS: waited for 15 mins for someone to attend to us. Then we were served by at least 3 different waiters throughout the course of the evening, each more disinterested than the next. The "manager" stands around and watches the chaos. People were actually getting up and going to complain, and still he did nothing.
Its a real pity, beccause the food is good. But it is just not worth it when the service is so utterly awful
