Disappointed with the quality of food received

On the 2nd December 2013 my family and I went to M&B Vangate Mall and I am totally disgusted by the quality of food that we received. We waisted a R360.80 on M&B. My kids who eats anything couldn't finish their dry chicken burgers, the chips was oily and my enchilada (if you can call it that) was just a waist of money. The pictures on your website and descriptions in your menu does not come close the the actual food you receive on your plate. I ordered extra cheese for the kids, on the bill it said chedder cheese, but we got some cheap imitation of Gouda. Your lemonade is disgusting, not sure what concoction you made up, but it surely was not lemonade. M&B should stick to making coffee and muffins. I feel cheated out of my money and will not make another trip to M&B, totally dissatisfied with the qualify of food for the price that you ask. You should be ashamed. I feel I should be compensated in some way for the lack of quality of your food and let us not speak of the small portions. No wonder the restaurant was empty when we arrived!!! M&B a total let down...
