KFC
Poor quality food

Why is it that when you buy takeout from KFC in urban areas you get quality foods, the same as you would see on their posters. We bought food at the Gelvandale KFC food and i was disappointed in it. we bought a bucket of chicken and Colonel burgers. the chicken was so small and the fillet on the burgers was so small that buns touched eachother. the goods that we received does not near to what is being advertised. a week after bought food at the KFC in Cape Road, Rowallan Park, the quality from that branch was the same as advertised. was it because the 1st branch was in Northen areas that they can give us bad goods? i think money is the same when i spend it at different stores. i want someon to tell me why this branch gives bad quality food as i am not impressed with it and i will never buy from that branch again if they dont up their game.
