Udest staff ever!!!

I will never ever support McDonalds AGAIN!!! just because their staff is to tired to get up and be kind!!! teach your staff manors!!!

on Friday, 29 November McDonalds Randburg on the corner of Hill and Malibongwe, where we always buy McDonalds, did not have electricity and could not serve the customers. NOT A PROBLEM. I tried to get the staff's attention to ask if my children, aged 2 and 5, can please use their restrooms. after screaming at me that they are closed because there is no electricity i got the manager and one of the other staff members out and explained that i understand that they can not help me with food but we just want to use the restroom because my 2 and 5 year old cannot hold it THEY AGAIN VERY RUDELY told me they don't have electricity and closed the door in my face. (i have never heard that you can not use a toilet because there is no electricity??? i go to the loo in the middle of the night without switching the lights on) i went to use the takeaway next doors rest room WHICH ALSO DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY!!!
