Unbelievable service

As I am sure everyone knows that has been to this McDonald's that the service in general is the worst but this was exceptionally bad this day.

I don't think I have ever been there and received an acceptable level of service. The only reason they are still open is because there is not another McDonald's next to it and the only reason I ever go there is because its on my drive home.

In the drive through I made my order and as always I had to pull to the side and wait for my food. All I did was order a burger meal and I was almost the only car in the drive through. after about 15min and I checked this with the time stamp I was told I could no longer get a milkshake because the machine was broken.
They were fully aware of this because I hear them talking about why did they not fix it this morning.
Anyway after demanding a refund, my food was put under the counter and I was ignored for about 5min or so after speaking to the manger and had to ask again. after about 30min I was handed my refund with no apology or anything like it happens ever 3 or 4th customer. I feel sorry for the owner because he probably has no Idea how badly this place is being run.
