Disappointed by McDonald's

I go to a drive through for a reason, to order take aways and pay then pick up at next window and go. Clearly this is not the case with McDonald's in Secunda. I had to give my slip at the pick up point and wait in the parking for 30min for 4 burgers and fries! This is totally unacceptable!
