Lousy service from a top-end restaurant

I've always enjoyed Mugg & Bean Suncoast, as it is a perfectly set spot on the beachfront of Durban. I've had fond memories there and is where my soon-to-be wife and I shared our first date. The service has always been pleasant, and some of the waiters really go out of the way to welcome you with a warm and pleasant smile.
Yesterday, unfortunately, was far from this. We were given a waitress that did not greet us, didnt show much interest in us as patrons at this restaurant, and pretty much, seemed in a foul mood. Now I understand people have problems, but do you bring that to your place of work - especially when you're waiting on people? I though it was just me that felt this vibe, the moment she took our order, but my fiance and her brother also noticed this when she brought us our order, just placing them on the table, tossing straws and other articles. She never once checked if we needed anything else, and even took away the sauces whilst I was still busy with my meal... When it came time to pay the bill - I didnt leave her a tip - as this was the most appalling service I had ever received. Please, Mugg & Bean, do something about the attitude of your waiters, especially Mato.
