SERVICE NON-EXISTENT AT MUGG & BEAN

Visited Mugg and Bean Keywest for Lunch (1st time there); - was welcomed at door and taken to a table. No one asked what I wanted to drink "in the meantime" or that someone will be with me in a while? After having decided what I wanted to eat - I started looking around - trying to see who is going to take my order - now this is after some time of waiting already - the only prominent observation was the waiters (around 4 of them) standing at the front door talking to each other and having endless fun. It thought that someone will probably be with me shortly and decided to wait a little bit longer - after quite some time seeing the waiters still having fun at the door - I got up and decided to leave... very disappointed - will definitely not be visiting Mugg & Bean Key West again.

I sincerely hope the franchise owner takes notice of this - as I am sure if this continues - they won't have many customers in future...
