Pathetic service at Nandos Cresta

They lost my order, I found it sitting on the warmer area after waiting for an hour. They brought the cold food to me and had the order mixed up. My wife's food was the wrong order, they brought my daughters meal but neglected to bring my sons meal. My spicy rice looked like someone vomited in the plate. When I sent it back they never even refunded that portion of the meal. Then when I enquirer as to where the kids toys were I was told that they didn't have stock. The manager apologized and offered me a salad on the house which I refused. So I am still hungry, angry and totally irritated. I will put this on all social media and needless to say I won't be eating Nandos again
