Cannot deliver service

KFC Kalahari Mall in Upington offers a drive-thru service. Since this brabch opened, I have been trying to use this service, between 7h30 and 8h00 in the morning. But, the entrance to the drive way is always blocked. I have to go out of my way on mynway to work to reachnthis branch and it is very frustrating to arrive to no service. last week I have spoken to the manageress caroline about this - asking her the opening time of the drive thru service. And she assured me that it opens 6h30. I told her about the entrance being blocked ans she assured me that she will look into this. So, this morning, when i arrived the entrance was once again blocked. Now, I have arthritis and move with great difficulty, but i parked outside and went inside looking for caroline. staff informed me she is not yet in office. I confronted them about the entrance being blocked and they had a long incoherent story about cashiers - which frankly- is not MY problem. I walked out. When I drove off the entrance was all of a sudden open. I feel that if a business offers a service they have to deliver, otherwise... Put a sign up saying what THEIR preferred operating hours for the service is.
