Unprofessionalism at the entrance

I would like my name to be unknown as i have the right to my privacy not to be exposed, my friend and i walked towards the entrance of spur in cape town the kenilworth centre and to my amazement i seen a staff member holding the other staff member in front of the entrance as they the ones who takes you to be seated.i think it is unprofessional for spur's staff to behave in such a manner cause it gives the business a bad reputation and should be kept professional at all times.
