WASTING FUEL, TIME - BAD ATTITUDE

For the last couple of months, we have filed many complaints with Spar at Moreleta Park Square Centre Management about Spar delivery trucks blocking the entrance to the basement of the parking bays at Moreleta Park Square Centre where we parked our vehicles. The drivers and employees of Spar have absolutely bad attitude when complaining of blocking the entrance to the basement - they laugh and ignoring our requests to move the delivery truck out of the way. They parked halfway through the entrance gate and we have to drive around the block to make use of another road to the entrance - wasting fuel (which is not cheap) and our time. According to Spar Management the owner of the shopping mall build an entrance with a security gate which is illegal and not approved by the Municipality. The architects and managing agent involved with the renovations of the shopping mall denied this allegation. The cherry on the cake - there are enough parking bays available for delivery trucks - all the other delivery trucks from other companies make used of these parking bays. It is only Spar delivery trucks who refuse to obey the rules of the shopping mall.
