The service at Mugg & Bean midlands mall is absolutely pathetic. Waited for our breakfast for almost an hour. Waiter has a don't care Attitude, waiter has the same attitude. Manager wants to offer a free drink for inconvenience caused, why do people always think this is the way to rectify a situation? Definitely not a place to eat due to service
