UNABLE TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM

I have been a local resident in Simon's Town for the past 7 years and one can only feel sorry for someone until they become arrogant. I don't know who the till lady is with the blond hair, but I do know shes held the same job for 7 years and last night was the final straw.

I ordered 2 take away of which chips was the side order on both. I made a sincere request to ask for a fresher portion of fries to which she became blatantly rude with me as a customer and was unable to take a little constructive criticism. Naturally knowing the food industry you don't upset the people that make your food, so i decided to stand in a position where I can see the kitchen at all times without disturbing the flow of the restaurant and she approached me and asked if there was a problem as she saw me looking towards the direction of the kitchen. At that point i noticed a signboard that read "Service depends on my mood and then your attitude" where does the customer get seen in this equation? Not forgetting to mention as you enter the restaurant, there's a bench with a sign reading: "not for the heavyweights" HOW RUDE!!!

This woman is the downfall of that business!
