Disgusting unhygienic

I ordered lunch at Steers Cresta. I noticed the people in the kitchen weren't wearing anything to cover their hair but didn't really think about it. When my sandwich arrived it was without the chips I'd ordered. The woman who took my order then engaged in a loud and protracted aggressive argument with the men in the kitchen, while I waited for my food. At that stage I should have just asked for my money back. When I eventually got my by now cold food, my sandwich had black hairs in it. How disgusting is that? Never ever again.
