Pathetic service

Ordered at 8:06, was told 1 hour delivery. arrived at 9:15, not bad. no chips. complained at 9:17, received chips at 9:38. all you guys offer is a service??? why doesn't the driver check the order before he takes it, and why does it take over a hour to get food but only 10 mins to get what was short??? I sent an SMS to your RATE line, but would I really like a free delivery from you. You should rather refund customers there delivery fee when you stuff up. Oh mind you, then you would probably be out of business.
