Drive through fail

I feel its ridiculous I have been standing in queue for more then ten minutes and we are not moving, the fact that there are 4 staff members sitting outside smoking is actually disgusting! It is a fast food restaurant surely the system should be setup in such a away to get maximum sales and minimal waiting period?
