Pizza Perfect
VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordered burgers from this institute on Sunday, 27 October 2013. After an hour and a half, I phoned to find out what the problem was. I was told by the manager that the order has left and that I would receive it shortly. After another half hour, I phoned again, to be told that they cannot find the address. After 2 hours, the food finally arrived, to which I sent the delivery guy back as I have ordered something from another establishment. This is not the first time this has happened and it is always the excuse of they are busy or the regular driver is not in or they cannot find the address. Surely, a phone call will suffice if the address cannot be found. The previous time we ordered pizza from them, it also took about 2 hours and when it finally came, it looked as if the pizza was thrown around in the boxes and it was ice cold. No explanation, no refund!!! Since I live in Glen Marais, this is the closest Pizza Perfect to order from, but their service is appalling!!!
