BUKHARA ARE AN ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF CHEATS!!!

We wil never ever dine at Bukhara again. We made a reservation at Bukhara for a large number of people and wanted to place a pre-order as we had done many times with them in the past. I had to deal with two of the most stupid and arrogant people I have ever experienced in the service industry, a manager by the name of Greg and another one by the name of Shaheed. The managers were blackmailing our group into placing a minimum order that we knew would be far too much for us to consume, but they were only interested in the revenue total for the table meeting their requirements. We stated that if we needed more, then of course we would just order more, but they were not willing to accept this simple solution as they wanted to ensure that the table brought in at least a certain amount of money, irrespective of what the clients wanted. An absolute disgrace to have dealt with a manager Greg, who claims to have been there for 16 years, but still does not understand what service is about. No wonder he is still just a restaurant manager working night shift at the age of 40. We were utterly disgusted and will make sure that everyone knows of this and will have this restaurant shut down!
