Off salmon and tuna disgusting

We popped in to have our weekly sushi, decided to try somewhere new. Yamitsuki In bedfordview next to News caf? The tuna looked like biltong (very unattractive colour to it), usually pink or rosy colour -this was dark and brown. I enquired before it was cut in front of us, and I was told everything is fresh always! Ok?? we shared a plate, it was not good at all, we thought a plate of salmon could cure the horrid taste in left in our mouths. EVEN WORSE, The salmon was not soft as it should be, it was tough and not pleasant at all (warm and seemed to be old WITH NASTY RICE). I told the waitress I was not happy to pay for this. and her terrible attitude, followed by the manager saying we had to pay as we ate it! I did, they will never see me there again and I will tell everyone I know to boycott this place! I got sick on the way home and have been put off sushi for a while!
