You better leave a good tip, or else…………

We had a birthday celebratory dinner last night at Bukhara. After paying for the meal, and leaving an 11% tip, the waiter questioned if we were not happy with her service, clearly extremely unsatisfied with her tip. After indicating that we were happy with her service, she took it on herself a few moments later to come back to our table, requesting a tip of 20%. She stated that her managers rate her service to clients on the tip that she receives, and that she would be in trouble if it is less than 20%. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Bukhara, how can this be allowed at all? This is completely unacceptable.

Well congratulations, you have lost each and every customer at our table, you will never see any of us again. I have also told a few people at work about the incident, you won't see them either. And I am going to do my best to tell all my mates as well, well done you won't see any of them either!
