Disappointed

I buy Nando every week at South Gate Mall is its always so fresh and tasty especially when you request that extra hot sauce, yesterday I bought it from Ormonde and I have never been so disappointed, we ordered a full pack extra hot and we got a dry, tasteless, burned chicken and it was not even extra hot as requested... it looked like it was seating on the grill for hours.. And I only realize this when I got home and my family was not impressed... If you still want support from me you must up your game and stop undermining your customers, I want to go to any Nando and get the same service without thinking twice.
