Weak knowledge of product, overpriced, slow service

Firstly, we asked whether their smoothies contained ice-cream yogurt and fruit juice, and we were told yes. After a long wait the waiter brought us a sorbet drink which is supposed to be our smoothies.

Already disappointed because our smoothies tasted like a sorbet drink, the price of this supposedly smoothie, was R 32. 00

On top of all that, when we arrived, no waiter looked interested in serving us and afterwards the service was very slow.

This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I will not support them ever again.
