Worst Customer Service

My husband and I usually go to Food Lover's Market Centurion, every Sunday, just to buy smoothies, however, today we opted to visit the Green stone branch. It gave us an even better excuse when Food Lover, s Market introduced the Power up coupon, where you buy six smoothies, you get one free. It was so unfortunate that when we got to the till, the lady totally ignored us when we asked that the coupons be stamped. When my husband asked if she could stamp it, her response was "how am I supposed to know what this is for, if you do not tell me" I was beyond shocked, She went on to say "I do not work in the smoothies department, sol I would not know what you want". At that moment I wanted to pour all three smoothies over her head and walk out instead I asked for the manager. His name is Thulani, he was not much help, as he did no see anything wrong with his staff's attitude. All I want to say, going forth is that I am so embarrassed with that store, that I doubt they will see me there again.
