Poor service all round

We pulled into the Wimpy and ordered two smoothies. Firstly our order took 20 minutes to be delivered and the place was approx 60% full. Secondly, the smoothies appeared to have been made with yoghurt instead of ice cream. Lastly the bill came to R 71.00 instead of R 61.00. Another 5 mins to be rectified. All in all 45 mins to enjoy a smoothie. In Gauteng I am normally done in 20 mins!
