Vuvuplaza - Smith and Wollensky Buffet Deal

It took us one bite to eat the starter it was moist and soggy.
The buffet: there were 2 salads. 1 was just beetroot in a bowl & the other a very simple greek salad. THAT WAS IT! In the vuvuplaza coupon it says "Selection of fresh salads to die for" - definitely not true.
The Carvery, which we were told would be chicken, beef and pork - was only the latter two. I was planning on having chicken because of religious reasons. So I was unable to eat the meat. My partner could only have the beef, which was cold and very dry.
The curry was the dry beef from the carvery, blocks of it in the curry. Also so dry.
There was 1 pasta, a bolognaise, which was the only thing besides the potatoes that was worthwhile. There was NO fish as advertised. I would have been able to have fish otherwise.
So disappointed.
We weren't told about the soup, but then after our main meal I spotted it and we had some, it was too salty and we both couldn't eat it. In the voucher it said 2 soups, there was only the 1.
We were gone within 40minutes of arriving.
During this time, I had to get up and go to our waitress twice because she wasn't coming to us.
Terrible experience :(
