Ad attitude and bad product

On the 02june2013 I took my family to the KFC on smith opposite shopprite, i experience a shocking service ever, i bought family meal with zinger wings for sides and two coslaw $ rolls and 1liter coke and i asked for the cup to my drink only for the kids and i was told but the ashier that i must use straws for that and i asked for the manager to give the cup which were available on the kway machine and i was told NO, they gave me the container for the mash grave thing and for the worst of it the meal we didnt enjoy because it was tasteless the zinger where nt hot at all and i paid R155.00 for that meal i will never eat at that store ever and this is unnexceptable, no value for money at all. and cashier and the manager were having a time of thier life bad chatting me with bad attitude.
