Disappointing Meal

I havent been to CTFM for quite some time and thought i would go as I have a Loyalty card and recalled that they offer members a voucher in one's birthday month. What a disappointing meal! First of all, the meal was not well presented. On the menu, the meal is displayed on a platter - the meal arrived in a tiny basket. No chips visible, no garnishing nothing! The manager came over and explained that this is the "normal" way this item is presented. I expressed my dislike and asked if she could place it in a platter.
This was done, however the standard of the meal was below average. The chicken was undone. Whoever decided to place the meal in a basket, surely must have worked in a pub before. When dining out (and I know it's not fine dining establishment) but the standard of appealing presentation surely has to be maintained to ensure your customers enjoy their experience.
