Kitchen staff physically fighting on duty

This afternoon my family and i were at mcdonalds vangate. Whilst having lunch we heard this loud noise and to my suprise the kitchen staff of mcdonalds were fighting infront of customers. And also making scene. It was really disturbing. The staff never listened to the supervisor who clearly tied to stop the racket. It persisted for a few minutes.
It was clearly unprofessional and as a regular customer i was not happy. That should not have happened especially not in the work place.
I hope such a incident does not happen again
