We frequent this McDonalds often and enough is now enough. Every time we go there, they leave something out of our order, we get the wrong order, they don't have the official promotional goods, their staff is rude and we've had to wait for over 30 minutes for 2 chicken burgers! The service is terrible, the staff all pass the buck, we've been confronted with staff wearing politically geared attire instead of McDonalds uniform more than once and the manager would not come out when requested to the customers who were in a line out the door. Orange juice has been watered down the last 3 times we have been there and they are truly the worst service we have ever had at any McDonalds, they are a disgrace to the franchise!
