Mugg And Bean
Great service from a trainee waitress!! :)

My boyfriend and I frequently go to the Mugg and Bean at Montecasino for coffee in the evenings. We usually receive service that is ok, but not great.
When we went on Tuesday the 19th Nov we were very pleasantly surprised! Our waitress had a "Trainee" name tag so hopefully I have spelt her name correctly in this report. She was very friendly and attentive and after I had finished my carribean mocha she was there straight away to take my empty glass. After asking if I would like another, to which I said no, she asked if I would like a glass of iced water, which I was so impressed by. Such a small thing doesn't seem that impressive but I have NEVER been asked this by a waitresses/waiters, because it is not something they can charge for, therefore does not add to their tip, and usually when you ask for water they dont bother to bring it 90% of the time. So I was so impressed by this.

I hope this wonderful waitress becomes a permanent staff member at Montecasino Mugg and Bean as she was GREAT!! :)
