Appalling Service - KFC N1 City

I have never received such appalling service in my life. I stood in the drive-through last night for almost 45 minutes. Nobody bothered to let the 8 cars in the queue know why we were waiting so long. Some were fortunate enough to be at the back of the queue and simply reversed out. Then there were others who had paid for their food and was waiting to collect, they asked for their money back and left. I decided to take it upon myself to find out why. I walked to the front of the store and they were busy closing up. I asked to speak to the manger and had the door shut in my face by the security guard without any acknowledgement, it was like i wasn't even there.
I know this is futile attempt to get someone's attention who will be able to resolve this. Why would they care? We are but a few customers who probably will not affect their bottom line.
My protest? I'd rather go to McDonalds, Steers, Burger King, Nando's, but no KFC. They can stuff their fake chicken!
