Very poor customer service

I will never forget the Friday I waited for almost 2 hours for food I ordered in this restaurant, while waitress was serving other customers that came long after me. No soft drinks were offered nor a reasons why the food was taking this long. When I confronted the waitress that served me (with no name tag) she gave me the "I dont Care Look" and refered me to the supersivor. In time constrain I then changed an order to a take away (at 20:45) since I also lost appertite, inside the packaging I found that spices were not included. That was a BAD customer service that i received. The store setting shows a filthy dust beam to customers - a curtain can be used to block the view to customers since its in the passage. I would not recommend anyone I know to visit this Restuarant and I would like an appology from the owner.
