Seafood Palace
Terrible piece of snoek sold twice!

Seafood palace in Oakdale Bellville friday eve. We orderd a Parcel of Hake and chips and a piece of snoek as extra. So we get home start eating and find that the piece of snoek is very soft, as in a bad way, felt very powdery, almost like it wasn't cooked properly. Anyway we call the manager and he says ok no problem, we can exchange it for another piece. Get to the shop he exchanges the piece and says that there was a problem with the boiler. So, get home... and SAME PROBLEM! Give him another call... and then he tells me it will be "impossible" for him to exchange this second piece of snoek. I asked him for the owners number, the owner's his dad. The dad says I can exchange it. Get to the shop and the son has a big attitude, starts laughing at me, and he even tells me his laughing at me. He make me look like a fool in front of his customers. I told him you can't laugh at your customers like this, it's bad customer services. He goes to the back and laughs with the back staff again. Then he makes me wait a very long time for my new piece of fish. Anyway... get home don't eat the fish cause i was afraid this guy had done something bad to this new piece of fish. We will never go back!
