Dried out chicken, Dead Flies, Rude Staff

I was mortified by the service I received at Barcelos yesterday at Gold Reef City. It took 20 minutes to take our order even thought there were only 2 people in front of us in the queue. Then another 15 minutes to get someone to clean our table, for which we had arrange OURSELVES to accommodate our family. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get our food. There were flies everywhere and dead flies on the tables and chairs. All the tables were a mess, all the customers who had paid already were angry and screaming cos they had been waiting for their food for so long.

The food comes, there were no sauces on the table, the chicken was dried out. Super Peri was a joke, more like super mild, The order was incomplete so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get rolls which came without butter. We spent more time waiting for the food and asking for assistance than actually sitting down and eating.

The staff were rude and uninterested, they treated us as if our presence was an inconvenience to them.
Its a weekend at a Theme Park, surely there must be planning around the influx of customers? Barcelos at Gold Reef City is a joke, they need to seriously up their game
