Over charged for meals

On the 9th of november my friends and I had a birthday dinner at the above mentioned restaurant and the Zimbabwean waiters who work there over charged us .only to realise that there is a. Percentage of automatic gratuity that they get from each table.and obviously to get more money.the whole staff attacked and insulted us when we refused to pay wht we were not supposed to pay for. I will never go to this restaurant again.and this is my first time to see automatic gratuity added on the bill in any restaurant in south africa, especially if the waiter gives a bad service.
