The worst service ever and awaiting refund

Brazen head was hosting a valentine's day event where The Soil was to perform. The details of the event was R450 for VIP, which entailed watching the show and having a 3 course meal and the other option was R150 which excluded the food. i chose the R450 option. i paid and received an e-mail with the menu and had to select the options we would like to be served in order to give the chef time to prepare. When we arrived at the venue, we had to source our own seating area as the restaurant was packed. When we were eventually given a place to sit, we were told that we would have to watch The soil perform on monitors which were not working. The people that chose the R150 option were seated in the outside area where the show would be happening. You would think that as you chose the more expensive option, that you would have better treatment then the people that chose the cheaper option. When it came to our menu, nothing that we had pre-ordered was available, everything was finished and had to settle for whatever was left. It was the worst experience of my life. i rightfully requested a refund and was informed via e-mail that the restaurant would rectify the situation. I am still waiting.
