Terrible at fireplace restaurant

The worst experience ever! Made a booking two weeks ago - was not here even though the venue had made specific Parking arrangements were made day prior. Drinks took an hour to be served and food took three hours - one of the orders had still not arrived. Management blames waiter, she blames the kitchen, the kitchen, the kitchen blames the waiter... Now the owner is blaming it on his staff as opposed to recognizing that he should be here and not leave his restaurant to inexperienced/incompetent staff!!
