Rude Staff member and bad attitude

On 1 November we were driving to Marloth Park with my family and decided to have supper at Nandos, not knowing that it will be the worst experience of my life. We ordered full chicken, salad, chips and a bottle of wine. Promise Ndlovu (got the name from the manager as she did not have a name tag) brought our food and she just left everything there with a bottle of wine still sealed. she just disappeared, went looking for to open the wine. When I find her she said she can'tdo it, i must do it myself. She went to ask someone to open it. The glasses were dirty and i asked her if she could clean them, she just ignored me for more than 10 mins. Eventually she came and then she started screaming at us saying tha she cannot be serving us for 10 hours cause she has other tables. We were there for less than an hour. She took the glass to rinse and then when she came back she left the glass at another table next to their kitchen. I Spoke to Marco Pienaar the manager about what has happened, he was begging her to come and apologise for what she has done and she kept on referring to us as "". He was not able to get through to her. I have never been so humiliated in my life.
