I and 6 colleagues were waiting for a flight on the 16th November 2013 and were really hungry. We felt like something a bit more substantial than a toasted sandwich at the Wimpy etc. So we tried Vetho Barley. Our plastic cutlery arrived wrapped with sopping wet serviettes. When the meals arrived, there were human hairs on the potato wedges. The lettuce on three plates looked like it was two weeks old. The one steak was raw. We brought this to the attention of the manager who said "I am sorry" and that was that. This sorry excuse for service cost us over R600.00. quite honestly we would have received better service at KFC or McDonalds. This is pathetic that restaurant located at an internationjal airport delivers such despicable service.
