Poor service and food

My best friend, her daughter and I went to wimpy, Edwin swales, Durban at - 10:15am today 10 Jan.
I asked for a glass of ice water with lemon. I received a glass of tepid tap water and the glass smelled like EGG!
I ordered a toasted chicken mayonaise. When i received it, there was a teaspoon full of chicken mayo on one half and a little bit more on the other half.
We later asked for a glass of water for the daughter... it came with and "OIL SLICK" on top of the water.
Finally, a friend joined us and he ordered a beer. It took more than 10minutes to get to him!!!

I did tell the waitor about the water and food problems. I was not prepared to send the toasted sandwich back as i was 1) scared of what they might do to a new sandwich before i get it and 2) was very hungry.

I left feeling very dissatisfied and would definitely not go there again! I really felt that R26 for a toasted sandwich which had barely any filling is unacceptable and i cant believe i had to pay for it! I have a photo of the sandwich.
