NOT GETTING COMPLETE ORDER ONE TIME

I ordered five different meals. After I received three of the meals, I had to wait 20 minutes for the rest. After I complained the offered me a Ice Cream. Half of the food was already cold by the time I received the last two meals. There was other people also complaining. Some orders was wrong or they gave the orders to the wrong people
