KFC
Rest rooms not working since 2011

I am working in johannesburg cbd since 2011 when i started working there i have been buying fast food from KFC that is at corner wonderers and Plein street and since 2011 when you ask for the rest room they tell you the toilets arent working. I just want to find out from KFC headoffice why havent they sorted out the rest rooms in wanderers and Plein street KFC. Thats very unhygienic and if you want to use the rest room before or after you eat your meal where are you suppouse to go? public toilet? while you have paid for you food and it shows the restaurent has got rest rooms upstairs and downs stairs but both arent working since 2011 or who knows maybe even longer than that. I just want to get clearity from KFC headoffice what are they going to do regarding this issue, its very shocking to say the least.
