Rest rooms key denied

A Sotho/Tswana/Pedi speaking woman with a chef's white cap on her head refused blatantly to give me key for rest rooms when requested. Her attitude was stinking to an extend that I ended up leaving the shop pressed as I were and couldn't buy anything. I have therefore decided not to use that BP Garage anymore and have influenced my friends as well. This is NOT acceptable.
