A Chicken franchise out of Chicken!!!

I went to the Celtisridge KFC in Pretoria approximately a week ago, the store was full till outside the door and the orders were limited to burgers and ice cream because they had no chicken in the store, then about 2 weeks ago my husband and I went to get zinger burgers, the patties were made of crumbs only, there was no chicken on the burger, litterally crumbs with garnish on a bun, then on the same day we decided to go to another KFC because we were so dissapointed with our crumb burgers, we went to the KFC in Wierda park and they could not do the zinger burgers because they had no Buns... NO BUNS!!

Very dissapointed. What next...
