Out of stock - becoming a regular issue

Went to Steers Fordsburg on Sunday 10/11/2013 at 18:00 to place an order. Once of the items to be ordered was a "hero steak roll". I was informed by the cashier that they did not have stock of the "hero rolls". As a result I cancelled my order and went to another store to buy food. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS YEAR THAT THE STORE DID NOT HAVE HERO ROLLS. You will obviously lose customers if you can't get your stock control in order. In addition, this seems to be a recurring event. Surely there shouldn't be stock issues to early on a Sunday evening, in preparation for the night time rush??
