I would like to inform steers H/O of my disbelief with the Lenasia branches. my family normally orders steers everyweek especially on a friday and every week they have some sort of issue. last week i ordered a HERO STEAK ROLL with EXTRA PERI PERI sauce. when i received the order there was NO SAUCE on the roll (totally dry, just a steak and salad). When i called them they said they will send another one. an hour later i called again and they said the driver refuses to bring out the new order and i should come and collect it.

Now i called (about 5 min ago) to order another meal and they said they dont have drivers. i then called Trade Route Mall (the other branch) and they said it will take an hour to deliver). I cannot believe this! why do they adverise delivery when thay are totally useless. if you want lunch delievered it seems you must order it breakfast time. i told my family to stop buying steers in the future. i would rather buy a steak espatada from adegas and its cheaper.
