Pizza was late

I order pizza for delivery on the 8th November at 17:30 I spoke the lady named juniour. 45 minutes later my pizza was not yet delivered, I had to call the shop again and ask about it, the last calk made was at 6:15 and she told me the driver left 15 mi nut es. As I'm writing this compliant my pizza has not arrived and its 18:25 what happened to the 45 minutes motto, very unhappy
