Ubbish service and pizza

I ordered one Hawaiian pizza, the lady on the telephone said it would take 40 minutes for my pizza to be delivered (I live 2km down the road). I waited outside my residence for 40 minutes and still nothing. waited a further 30 minutes, still nothing. I called the debonairs again to see where my food was, the lady said the driver was on his way. about 10 minutes later i received a call from the driver saying he was 3 minutes away. 10 minutes later he arrived, pizza cold (black dot), and when i asked why he was so late he had the nerve to to me and say that he had been to my residence, tried to call and left when i didn't pick up. he wasn't at my res nor did he call. when i asked him why he was lying, he quickly changed his story saying he'd been to the res 500m down the road and didn't see me. DISGUSTING staff, service and on top of it my pizza (of 8 slices) only had cheese on 3 of them. will not recommend debonairs to anyone again. scooters grahamstown will get my support next time.
