Poor Service And Food

I booked inn at the hotel for the Valetine's special which was R1300 for Bed and Breakfast, 15min message and dinner for the 14th. i also booked an extra night which was R1000. when i arrived at the hotel it was perfect, we had a nice time till it came to the dinner which we were lokking forward to the most. I ordered the steak and my girlfriend orderd the butter chicken curry. The menu stated that the steak only can be done medium rare i don't understand why but i called the waitress and said I only eat welldone please can you assist. She called the chef who said it wasn't a problem he can do it. when the food arrived the BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY WAS COLD WHICH WE HAD TO SEND BACK TO MAKE IT HOT. the steak was not even medium rare but rare. We asked the waitress to get us some salad for the curry but she said they don't have any salads. every other person that ordredr the chiken curry had salads. When the manager came I complained to him and he said no the curry was suppose to come with salads. The desert had green strwaberries. We went to pay for the appeltiser that we orederd and they didn't have any change for R100. I said them i wana check out the next morning and want my R1000 ba
